Apple Martini
There are many versions of the Apple Martini, Appletini, or Big Apple Martini. Some use calvados, some apple puree, and some apple schnapps. This recipe uses the apple schnapps and has a very sweet taste and, depending on which brand you choose, will determine how bright of a green your drink will be. If you'd like to have a Sour Appletini, use Sour Apple Pucker. For an extra, edible touch to this drink, garnish with a green apple slice or peel.
The Polished Princess
The Polished Princess is a fantastic autumn cocktail created by Mixologist Jonathan Pogash. It combines many great elements including a soft vanilla vodka and two flavors of the season, pumpkin and cranberry. This is all brought together with egg white, which adds a thick, creamy, rich texture to the drink that is simply delicious. This is a drink you could serve all season long and is a great way to finish off that Thanksgiving meal.

Herradura Calabatini
The Calabatini is an excellent tequila-based Pumpkin Martini. The name is derived from the Spanish word for pumpkin, calabaza. This pumpkin cocktail is considerably creamier than many of the others and makes an excellent autumnal dessert drink, especially after that giant Thanksgiving dinner with family. Using Herradura's Reposado is recommended as it adds a rich background to the Martini.
